OMNI Interiors and Decors LLP provides interior design, furniture, lighting, and décor services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Specific project terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Initial consultations may be provided to discuss project requirements. Detailed design work and project execution require a formal service agreement and payment terms as mutually agreed upon.
All pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed in writing. Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on project scope changes.
All design concepts, drawings, and materials created by OMNI Interiors and Decors LLP remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on material availability, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed timelines.
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the service agreement.
Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
